I love these cute little quiche for two main reasons! First, the wonton mostly keeps the egg from sticking to your muffin tin and acts like a cupcake liner. Still be sure to spray liberally with cooking spray before putting the wonton in though! Second, I love that it adds variety to our morning routines….
