Pineapple Whip

A bright frozen treat that could not be easier for kiddos to help with. It is basically a really thick smoothie that you can eat like the freshest sorbet ever. Try it with full fat coconut milk for a pina colada vibe. Serve in an ice cream cone for extra festiveness. Some whipped coconut cream would be lovely on top as well.

Pineapple Whip

Ingredients

1 lemon

2 cups frozen pineapple

¼ cup milk

Pinch of salt

2 Tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Squeeze your lemon into a small bowl. 
  2. To your blender, add your lemon juice, pineapple, milk, salt, and honey. 
  3. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
