Try it with full fat coconut milk for a pina colada vibe. Serve in an ice cream cone for extra festiveness. Some whipped coconut cream would be lovely on top as well.

Pineapple Whip
Ingredients
1 lemon
2 cups frozen pineapple
¼ cup milk
Pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Squeeze your lemon into a small bowl.
- To your blender, add your lemon juice, pineapple, milk, salt, and honey.
- Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
