Fall is in the air! That means it is time to make some applesauce. Is there anything better than a pot of cinnamon scented apples bubbling away on the stove? I’m not sure, but I doubt it.

This recipe couldn’t be simpler and relies on the sweetness of your apples. I recommend using a sweet variety such as golden delicious or pink lady, but whatever you have on hand will work fine.

Just chop the apples, add to a pot with a little water and cinnamon, and cook until super soft. Then whirl a bit in your blender, food processor, or use a stick blender and you are good to go.
