I’m really a bake from scratch kind of girl, but sometimes it’s just a break and bake kind of day. I’ve seen this brand of cookie dough several times, and always wanted to try it. We figured week who knows of COVID is the perfect opportunity! Our local Sprouts carries it, and HEB also has it, if you’re a fellow Texan.

I am so glad we bit the bullet. It was a fun, insanely easy way to connect with Eloise during a wild, hectic day (week? month? YEAR?). We are trying to keep our kitchen clean for showings, and haven’t done much in there lately. This way, we didn’t have to dirty any bowls, and simply washed the silicone baking mat when we were done and called it a day.

I love how large the chocolate chunk pieces are. Quality over quantity, in my opinion. The high ratio of brown sugar gave the cookies an almost toffee like texture and flavor. They held together nicely, and had a chewy bite. I cooked them 2 minutes less than the lowest time on the instructions, and they were perfect.

This post is not sponsored. I just try so many bad gluten and dairy free products, that I like to share when I find one I love.
